Use of information provided to Feeding Your Imagination

All information collected by Feeding Your Imagination is stored and handled in accordance with the Data Protection Acts (1984 and 1998). Personal and financial information collected on this site is used for the sole purpose of processing and delivering your Feeding Your Imagination Chocolate Gift. During checkout you will be asked to "opt in" to receive information from Feeding Your Imagination. Financial and payment details such as credit/debit card numbers are removed from our database immediately following payment.

Payment

We take payment by Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and Delta. Please ensure all details are correct at time of placing order to assist in credit verification. We also require the cardholder's registered address to enable validation with your credit card company. We accept no responsibility for orders that are held back due to incorrect or invalid payment details being submitted.

Payment is taken at the time of placing your order and you will receive a confirmation email that your order is being processed.

Consumer Protection

Should for any reason your payment card be used fraudulently to purchase goods from the site you are entitled to cancel the said payment. If a payment has already been taken from your card you are entitled to a re-credit or to have all monies returned to you by your card issuer in accordance with the standing Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulation (2000).
